Growth & Gratitude

Greetings and wishing you a happy New Year,

2022 was a year of continued growth and we are filled with gratitude for all the circumstances, support, and love that made our growth possible.

What happened with us in 2022? Well we:

  • facilitated 187 trauma informed yoga programs

  • added new parter facilities: Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Center and Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center

  • onboarded 5 program facilitators: Robb, Elizabeth, Donna, Dallas, And Stephen

  • received yoga mats from the Give Back Yoga Foundation for our programming

  • started our Own Your Practice yoga mat program

  • had our first in person Community Get Together and it was SO FUN!

And now on to 2023! We are SO excited to announce that we are launching a Community Yoga class on ZOOM Mondays starting next week, January 16th at 7pm. The class is free/donation based! Anyone is welcome to join. The link for the class will be on our website under Programs OR right HERE
In addition, we hope to continue to add on additional facilitates and partners to our trauma informed yoga programming. We continue to hear gratitude from our participants and the deep need for continued programming.

"What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." -Ralph Waldo Emerson

What lies in us and in our work is YOU. We look forward to more growth and gratitude and sharing that with you in 2023.

With compassion and love,
Lauren Kvasnicka and the Karuna Team
