Karuna Crew
Karuna crew is a way for past participants to be involved in our operations and programming in a way that is meaningful and in line with their values. We believe the strongest and most sustainable work is done in teams, especially ones that dig deep on issues, support one another in big or small ways, behind the scenes and on the front lines. There is no need for a single captain when the whole crew is directly involved. We know that our mission is best served when we work in conjunction with the people we are serving without tokenizing or without stretching people too thin.

We are looking for past participants to become more involved in our organization. Not only do we want your voices to be heard in our decision making processes, we also want you to gain skills you desire along the way. You can get involved and develop experience in the following areas: social media, website design, partnership growth, program evaluation, board engagement, grant writing, and financial advising.
Start by filling out an application so we can best implement your experience in the right areas and assist you in skill development that meet your goals and interests.
We will meet monthly on zoom as a crew with the additional opportunities for individual and team projects based on your commitment level.
